Schedule / Horarios

1. From Costa Rica – Puerto Viejo / Cahuita / Manzanillo

MORNING DEPARTURE:

Pick up from area hotels between 7:00 am and 7:20 am*

Drop off at Taxi 25 dock at aprox. 12:30 pm**

AFTERNOON DEPARTURE:

Pick up from area hotels between 1:30 pm and 1:45 pm*

Drop off at Taxi 25 dock at aprox 5:30 pm**

IMPORTANT NOTES: The pick-up time that Caribe Shuttle confirms at the time of reservation may change without notice because it is not knowable in advance where all pick-ups will be until all seats are all sold. Times will only be changed if we feel the change is in the best interest of all clients. The confirmed pick-up time is only a best guess. Clients should call the evening before or the morning of departure to inquire about any schedule changes. You can call collect if needed. In any case the pick-up time is an estimate and may vary by 15 minutes in either direction. Clients should be waiting at the assigned pick up point 15 minutes before the assigned pick-up time. The shuttle will wait for clients a maximum of 5 minutes. If after that waiting period the client does not board, the shuttle will leave without the client and the client will NOT receive a refund.

2. From Panama – Bocastown on Isla Colon, Bocas del Toro

MORNING DEPARTURE

Pick up from Bocastown hotels about 8:00 am** (Passengers outside of Bocastown proper should arrive to the Water Taxi 25 dock by 8:15 am** to sign in.)  The boat departs from Water Taxi 25 dock approx. 8:30 am**

Drop off in Puerto Viejo starts around 10:30:00 am-11:00 am* at area hotels.

AFTERNOON DEPARTURE

Pick up from Bocastown hotels about 1:00 pm** (Passengers outside of Bocastown proper should arrive to the Water Taxi 25 dock by 1:15 pm** to sign in.)  The boat departs from Water Taxi 25 dock approx. 1:30 pm**

Drop off in Puerto Viejo starts around 4:30 pm – 5:00 pm* at area hotels.

IMPORTANT NOTES: The boat departs from the dock at the Water Taxi 25 building, on the water between disco Barco Hundido and the Police Station. Taxi 25 operates the water transportation portion of the shuttle. Clients should arrive 15 minutes early to sign in at the Caribe Shuttle tour desk on the dock. We share the office with Taxi 25. Make sure that you and your luggage are on the correct boat by the assigned departure time. No one will call the clients’ names or announce the general boarding. It is the clients’ responsibility to get on the boat. The boat will not wait for clients, and clients’ seats WILL be filled by other passengers if clients are not signed in early. If clients fail to sign in early and/or miss the boat, no refund will be given.
