Reservations

We’re glad you’ve decided to travel with us. Thank you. To make a reservation you will need information from EACH and EVERY PASSPORT in your group, including:

  1. Name EXACTLY as in passports (1st, middle, 1st last, second last, etc. whatever the passport says),
  2. Passport country,
  3. Passport number,
  4. Birth date,
  5. Age,
  6. and Occupation.

So please get that information together now, before you request a reservation, okay? I know; it’s a pain in the neck, but it will save you time and stress while you are vacationing and that’s the whole point, right? We need to this information printed on official passenger manifests before departure to comply with traffic laws and border procedures, so we can’t confirm your reservations until we have the information. I hope you understand.

Once you are ready to proceed, you can request a reservation by:

1. Ask your hotel or agent to make a reservation for you.

2. Book directly with us by completing and submitting our simple online Reservation Request Form.

3. Drop by one of our offices, contact us by phone, or email us. Click Here for contact information.

No matter how you reserve, we will need the following information in addition to your passport information:

  1. Your name,
  2. One-Way or Round Trip,
  3. number of adults (12 and over),
  4. number of children (11 and under).

And for each segment of your trip, please provide the following:

  1. Desired direction of travel,
  2. Date,
  3. Pick up Hotel (if applicable, if known)*,
  4. Drop Off hotel (if applicable, if known)*,
  5. Number of EXTRA bags (normal price includes 1 bag and 1 carry on per passenger. Extras must be reserved and paid in advance, $7 each),
  6. Number of surfboards or other sports equipment ($7 each piece).

*Pick Up/Drop Off Hotels: Caribe Shuttle will Pick Up/Drop Off at any hotel in the Manzanillo/Puerto Viejo/Cahuita area. If you do not know which hotel at the time of reservation, no problem. Just tell us you don’t know yet or leave the “????” in the space provided in our online Reservation Form, and we will automatically confirm your group for Pick Up/Drop Off at Rocking J’s hotel in Puerto Viejo. To later change the hotel, just Contact Us at least 48 hours before your trip. Actually, for Drop Off around Puerto Viejo, you can let the driver know anytime before you reach town (this does NOT include Cahuita, which we must know in advance) For Bocas del Toro, Pick Up and Drop Off will ONLY be at Bocas Marine & Tours, but we still want to know where you plan to stay so we can communicate with if needed, so please let us know if/when you know.
